Standing on my rock,
on the top of my bluff,
feet planted,
arms to the sky.
The wind whips my hair into a tangled mass around me,
challenging my hold.
The sun, ablaze, bidding adieu to another day,
sliding into cool dark water for the night.
And here I am,
Little Me,
Big Me.
Soul from another realm in a human woman body for a blink in time.
Thank you God.
Thank you Me.
For this moment in time on earth to be in it and of it.
